He is running his Congressional campaign on Roth v. United States?
Perhaps he hired the same folks who used the Minneapolis skyline for the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board Web site.
My guess is that Mark Graul is involved in the Roth campaign since having candidates in front of dumb things is his speciality- from Mark Green in a vacant warehouse with students walking away from him to John Gard in front of a green screen with a fake gas pump. Maybe he can get Scott Walker in front of a nuclear power plant with some CGI effects out of 2012 to talk exploding energy prices.
